What is Veerra?
Veerra is an online marketplace where real estate agents compete for buyers and sellers like you by showcasing the services they offer upfront with transparency. No more getting blindsided when the agent sends you the agency contract with hidden "transactional fees". Each agent and team can decide a base rate of how much they charge to be your agent as well as what other services they may choose to offer. You can choose and negotiate with any and all of the services each agent offers.
What is a "Veerra-fied" review?
We at Veerra like to call our verified reviews "Veerra-fied" (get it haha). In all seriousness, a Veerra-fied review is a review where the buyer or seller used Veerra to contact and sign with an agent, go through the transaction process, and complete the sale. Once the sale is complete the agent sends us the paperwork of the property sale to confirm all the details, and Veerra confirms the transaction. Easy peasy.
The buyer or seller will be notified by email that their transaction was Veerra-fied and they can now log in and create a Veerra-fied review of their agent. All Veerra-fied reviews on an agents profile have the Veerra logo next to their name.

I'm looking to buy or sell, but why are there no agents in my area?
You snuck past us, how's that? Veerra was founded locally in the Wichita, KS area and is expanding in new cities as more agents join. Our mission is to reach every American nationwide in our mission to display every agent that provides excellent service at reasonable prices. With that, we would like atleast a few agents in a region before we begin marketing in that region to make sure we don't waste anyone's time.
As for you? Well, you get the opportunity to join us on our mission to improve the real estate experience for Americans like you. Call all your agents nearby and ask them join Veerra (along with how they can help you buy or sell a home). Why bother with Veerra-fied reviews? Are normal reviews not good enough?
Have you ever been shopping on Amazon and seen what looks a knockoff product sold by some random company called "AINOPA" with 23,492 five-star reviews on Amazon and wonder, no way those reviews are all legit? Well guess what? YOU'RE RIGHT! It's been well documented that scammers and tricksters are trying to game the system making fake five-star reviews to get their product to the front of your eyeballs. That's super lame.
On Veerra, we created "Veerra-fied" reviews so that you know every Veerra-fied transaction was approved by our team here at Veerra. We could have set it so that only Veerra-fied reviews are shown to buyers or sellers, but that leaves out those who contacted an agent but never completed a deal or maybe they used someone outside of Veerra and still wanted to leave a review for their agent.
We want everyone to be able to voice their opinion about their experience with a specific agent, even if they didn't use Veerra. Will some bad agents make fake reviews for themselves to prop up their normal review rating? Maybe, but thats why we created Veerra-fied reviews. That way you can read the experiences of everyone, but you can value the Veerra-fied reviews as 100% legitimate and accurate experiences.
